Who we are

The free content
Our guides, blog posts and downloads are general information for hosts and landlords, not legal, tax or financial advice. We check claims against primary sources and date our guides, but rules change and individual situations differ; for a specific dispute, penalty or possession issue, speak to a qualified adviser. Content is for your own use and not for republication.
The 60-Minute Landlord Compliance Check
The compliance check is a one-off purchase (£27) that gives you access to the interactive check, your personalised action plan, the letter templates and the template-pack PDF, plus the updates we make to the question set as the Renters’ Rights Act rolls out. Access is for you personally, tied to the email address you bought with, and is not transferable or for sharing. It is an organisational tool, not legal advice, and buying it does not create an adviser–client relationship of any kind.
Immediate access, and what it means for cancelling
The compliance check is digital content, supplied the moment your payment succeeds. At checkout you are asked to tick a box that does two things, and the purchase cannot complete without it: youconsent to immediate access to the digital content, and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day cancellation right that would otherwise apply to online purchases under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This is the standard rule for instant-access digital products: because you receive everything straight away, there is no cancellation window afterwards.
That waiver does not touch your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which cannot be excluded: the digital content must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something is genuinely wrong — you paid and can’t get in, the product is not what the sales page describes, something is broken — emailhello@homesful.com and we’ll sort it. Any refund we give is at our discretion (beyond those statutory rights) and ends access to the member area.
Updates and availability
“Kept current” means we re-verify the question set on a schedule and update it when the law materially changes, emailing buyers when we do. We aim to keep the member area available at all times but, like any online service, cannot promise zero downtime.
The boring but necessary part
We are not liable for losses caused by relying on general information in place of advice on your specific situation, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If we update them, the date at the top changes and material changes are flagged to buyers by email.
